Melbourne Sports Museum Critiques

Tokyo Olympic 1964
by Hara Hiromu and Kamekura Yusaku

Well done on using positive and negative spaces. The color combination matches the design. But the point that might have made a mistake to this design is the spacing between the Japanese flag and the Olympic rings. It might be better if there are more spaces between them because it looks like they are one logo.
I like how simple the logo it is. By only adding the red circle represents the country Japan, it won't mess up the composition, the simple san-serif typeface works well on the positive spaces. I think although the image isn't complicated, but less is more, I think the logo has a strong message to the audiences that it represents Japan and it's truly attractive.
